In Balthzar you can schedule both reports, and Internal activities, and it is the scheduler that determines if they shall run. The scheduler will also automatically cancel old, and unfinished Internal activities.

The first time the scheduler starts the menu called "Mail server" will appear. Enter tne necessary information, and to confirm click on the "Test" button. 

Please note that this choice may result in late reports, i.e. if the search frequency is once each 30 minutes a report may be scheduled 30 minutes to late.

If you Pause the scheduler it will complete any started cycle before pausing.

The Scheduler will print documents with type SF106_label and SF107_PDF, provided that the document is a PDF-file and that the computer running the scheduler can access the file and the printer.

The scheduler also handles events for Internal Activties.
