This is where information about the companys
diffirent calendars are handled.
A calendar defines the outer bounds for the measured machine
time. This time can in turn be shrunk by the creation of stop
reasons which reduces spent time from the calendar.
When creating
the calendar, this is the order to be followed:
Shifts.
Daytypes.
Calendartemplate.
Calendar.
Delete calendar.
Recreate calendar.
When the calendar is
created, it should be connected to the machine/s, that will use it. This is
done via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Basic
data" -> "Machines". Here
there is more information about how that is done.
When a calendar is
about to end, a warning will be presented both in client and eTouch 10 days
before expiration. There is a guide
that explains how
to extend a calendar.
