In this form it is possible to create new scrap reason categories or edit old ones. Scrap reason categories are used to make it easier to find individual scrap reasons. For example, a scrap reason category could be called "Machine errors". Then any/all scrap reasons that correspond to machine errors should be located in this group.
First enter a unique numerical value to identify the scrap reason category in the system. Then enter a description that will explain what the scrap reason category is all about. Note is optional to use but can give additional information about the scrap reason category.
