To see the "Print Menu" in eTouchs main menu you first have to activate it. You do that via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "eTouch" -> "Define eTouch menu". In that menu you tick the box for "Print", see the picture below.

When printing documents in eTouch, it is usually the formats .doc, .xls, .pdf that are supported. However, there might be exceptions to this rule, and if that is the case, the documentation will list the supported formats for that exception.

When this is done the print menu will be available in eTouchs main menu. However, depending on what settings, special functions, add ons, etc each customer is using this menu can look very different. eTouch is also under constant development so changes to this menu will be done over time.
