There are some known problems with the Design guide. If Smart slides are used, there is an option to customize data in the Design guide, these can be reach via simple clicks in the graph. Once changes are done, and settings are saved, an XML file is saved with the data from the Design guide. This file will be the template used for any future changes.
If the data view is changed, data is lost
Problem: When a user selects a
new view for a graph, for example from Staple to Line, then data will go missing
from the graph.
Solution: When a switch is done, Y axels grades are changed
as well from 0 to 1. This can be changed in the Axis menu, then go to Primary Y
axis, visual range. Once that is done the data should no longer dissapear.
Same graph looks different on different machines
Problem: A graph seen in a
machine in eTouch, does not look the same in Client/Other machine
etc.
Solution: The settings used, are saved for each graph per
machine/eTouch/Client etc, that can cause the errors since they might not match.
The data shown should be the same, if the data is collected at the same time.
