If you are the owner of the Dashboard you can add the object called "OPC Counter" via the "Object adder" and you can find that menu via "Ctrl + M". The difference between this counter and the previous one is that this counter is based on an OPC Value rather then a SQL query. You can read more about OPC Values here and you set them up via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Process Values". You can see an example of an "OPC Counter" below.
As you can see this object has a number of different setting's windows to go through. In "Location and size" you can change the objects location and size. In "Header and text" you can choose if you wish to show the objects header, border, header text as well as change font and text color. In the menus for "Limits" and "Numbers" you can change what data the object will show.
Limit
1-4
Here you will have the possibility to change four different
limits. Every limit has a lower limit and an upper limit. If there is any values
which are lower/higher then assigned limits they will be the same as the number
for the lower/upper limit. You can also color code each limit so that it will be
easier to set them apart.
Default Color
Here you can choose what color the numbers shown should have if
they are not part of any of the set limits. For example if a lower limit is 4
and the upper limit is 25 all numbers below 4 and above 25 will have this
color.
Min/Max Value
Here you can change what the
min/max value will be. If for example you use 1 as min value and 100 as max
value all values below/above thoose values will be either 1 or 100.
Number of
decimals
Here
you change the number of decimals you wan't to
show in the "OPC Counter".
