In the ERP Connect programs "Main" tab there is a menu called "ERP System". In this list it is possible to select the ERP system Monitor. Once that is done, and the changes are saved, then the form seen below will appear.
Here it is possible to change the time, in seconds, for how often work orders are imported. It is also possible to see the latest work order.
In the section for Mapping, you can connect values between Balthzar, and Monitor. For example, a specific field in Monitor can be linked to the planned work orders field "other_info_11" in Balthzar. Please note that any type of mapping/naming of fields etc is done by the developers at Delacroy.
The reason one would like to do this is different from customer to customer. For example, one customer might want to see a customers delivery adress on a specific work order, so that they can do a follow up on this in a report. A search is done to find the connection between the work order, the work orders customer, and finally the work orders customers delivery adress in Monitor.
When the search is done, the result of the search will be given a generic field/s for the data, for example "other_info_11". When the fields in Monitor, and Balthzar, got their names, the changes are saved, and finally the import is done.
