With this special function activated, the standard information for [O]EE(O)% in the "Production order" menu in eTouch, will be replaced. The new information will inform the user about the production status of pallets. In our example, seen in the pictures below, five pallets are scheduled to be produced, and eTouch is currently producing pallet number three.
This information is calculated as "[current pallet]/[total quantities of pallets]". There is an additional setting done via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Basic data" -> "Machines" -> "Machine parameters 5" -> "Remaining quantity pallets, warning". Here you can read more about how that form works. As the name implies it is a warning that will change the color of the text from black to red depending on the number entered here. In our example, five pallets are scheduled to be produced. The text will be black on the first three pallets but change to red when production reaches pallet number four.
This will indicate that the production is almost complete. It is possible to use the special function "328 Calculate number of pallets at WO start" with this special function. Here there is more information about how that special function works. *

"Pallet,
current", and "Pallet, total quantity" is used for
the work order row. They are expected to be entered in the fields for object_work_order.pallet_current, and
object_work_order.pallet_total, when the order is started on a machine with this
special function activated. Any updates here will be done via
status update on the machine. The fields mentioned can
be added as fields in the overview in Client. For translations
of the terms the ID:s are 6333, and 6334. Use ID in the form "Company-specific translations".
