The main idea with Balthzar Collector is to retrieve data externally to Balthzar. The way this is done is to process messages from various locations and then create messages, which are sent to Balthzar webservice.
This documentation will cover how to set up the program manually via it's different tabs as well as how the different messagetypes works. Please note that the current documentation cover version 20.0.20 but since this program is under constant development changes will be made to both the program as well as the documentation over time.
