Special functions are developed to give the system more flexibility. Sometimes it might be a customer specific solution that requires a special function. Other times it might be because the standard functionality was not enough in this case. Special functions are used in all parts of the system, for example in the Client, in eTouch, in reports, and in the web application BZX21.
Be aware that they have to be activted in the admin
section of the Client. This is done via "Client" -> "Administration" ->
"System settings" -> "eTouch" -> "Special
function by machine".
In that
form select a machine, then add the special function/s to that
machine.
Which
special functions (if any) that can be of interest to your company, is
something that should be decided in consultation with Delacroy, however for a brief explanation of
