Here you can choose between several different selections to view detailed data on the production. To see the result of the previous choices, you click on the "Show report" button. You can also change the reports settings in the "Settings" menu, here you can read more about how that menu works. The documentation for this report is divided into two sections, one for the selections in the Client, and one for the report viewer.
