You can reach the form "Warn at machine" via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Internal activities" -> "Warn by machine". Here you will be able to choose a specific machine and then you will see which Internal activity that is available for the selected machine.
When you have picked the Internal activity you wish to use you can also see a list of available machines which can run the same Internal activity and then pick them as well. When you are finished with the selection in the menus and wish to save your work you click on "Update" and then the system will show warnings when these Internal activities are performed. This is done in order to make sure that the active user do not miss the Internal activity as well as to make sure that the active user has the proper clearence to perform the Internal activity.
You can see a picture of the form below. It is important to know that these selection will affect what is shown in the form for "IA Machines" which you will find via "Client" -> "Left side menu" -> "IA Machines", and here you can read more about how that form works.

see which type of Internal activity that will be available for the machine

selected.

you will see the other machines that can run the Internal
activities available to the machine you

Update
When you are done with your
choices and wish to save your work you click on
"Update".
