Here you can create/edit/remove departments in Balthzar. A minimum of one department must be created. Once a department is created machine/s can be added to it. This is done via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Basic data" -> "Machines" -> "Machine parameters 1". In there use the menu "Department". Here there is more information on how that works.
It is also possible to use departments as a selection option in reports. Here there is more information on how reports works.
Departments can be used as selection criteria in own overviews as well. Here there is more information on how that works.
To use a department as a search criteria in the web application BZX21 first create one here. Then go to the admin-section for machine parameters 1 via the link above, and add it. In that form select a machine, then in the menu called "Department", select that, and use "Update" to save the changes. Now the selected department will appear in BZX21 as well.
