The menu for "Internal Activities" is used to create different tasks
that may or shall be performed. These tasks may contain a checklist with
some questions to answer. "Internal Activities" can be scheduled, event-based, or be started manually by
a user.
The documentation structure mimics the structure found in
the Client via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings"
-> "Internal activities". Each section has its own documentation, and sometimes
sub sections as well. There is also a section for guides for Internal
activities.
