When you log in to Balthzar you will be able to see an overview of what the system has to offer. Please note that there are two menu options called "Overview". In the documentation they are called "Main menu" - "Overview" and "Left side menu" - "Overview" to separate them.
It is also important to note that since Balthzar can be heavily modified it might look very different from customer to customer. The documentation covers the standard settings. Go to "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Basic data" -> "Users" to read more about how to customize Balthzar.
